It's ... 1st December!!!

You may not know it, but 1st December is a very, very important day. No, it's not the day when the build-up to Christmas starts (that starts in June), and neither is it the day when you greedy little baggages can rip open the first door of your chocolate Barbie advent calendars (unless your mother is my seminar tutor, who has for some reason assured us that chocolate advent calendars are forbidden in her house - something to do with Advent originally being a period of fasting, or some such). No! Neither of these reasons is the reason that 1st December is such an important day. If you want to find out why 1st December is such an important day, you will have to read the next paragraph.

You still here? Good. Now you can find out why 1st December is such an important day. 1st December is such an important day, because it was on the very important day of 1st December that I decided it was time to write the first website article on the first day of a month since April 2002! That's over a year and a half ago! This makes 1st December such an important day!

Unfortunately, that is the only thing special about 1st December, so this article is rather rapidly going to run out of subject material. Therefore, to fill up space, I present to you an exciting picture!

Good, isn't it?
